How fast can you get to me?
We are a true, 24/7 local mobile service, not a national call centre. Our central operational hub is in Tower Hamlets, which we call our “Bullseye”. If you are in this area (e.g., Canary Wharf, Bethnal Green, Poplar) we are guaranteed to be with you in 5 to 10 minutes. For other areas in East London, we are typically on site in 20 to 30 minutes.
How much does a car locksmith cost?
This is the most common question. The honest answer is: every job is different. The cost for a simple lockout is different from making a new high security BMW key from scratch.

Will you damage my car getting me in?
Absolutely not. This is the single biggest fear, and our answer is a 100% guarantee. Amateurs will use brute force air wedges and rods that bend your door frame and break your window seals.

How can you make a new key if I've lost them all?
We are mobile technical specialists. Our vans are workshops on wheels.

My key fob buttons just stopped working. Do I need a new one?
Not necessarily. This is a common problem. You’ve probably already changed the battery and it didn’t work. A main dealer will sell you a new £200+ key fob.
We will not. Our first step is always to diagnose. The fob has likely just “lost its sync” with the car. We can plug in our tools and perform a simple, fast, and affordable “remote key re sync” that saves your existing key. We are honest experts who will try the simple fix first.
Can you program "dealer only" smart keys?
This is one of our specialisms. We have the same, dealer level diagnostic tools as the main dealers. We can supply and program high security smart keys, “push to start” fobs, and “keyless go” keys for all major makes, including BMW, Mercedes, Audi, and more. We just do it at your location, and for a fraction of the price.
Do you offer trade accounts for garages?
